AI-powered video advertisement generation using Google Veo3 technology
10-20 second, 1:1 square videos suitable for social media

Up to two reasonable revisions included

2. Payments & Pricing

Video Orders

All video orders are charged in Namibian Dollars (N$). For convenience: N$1 = R1 (South African Rand)
Current pricing: N$99 for one complete video advertisement
Prices are inclusive of all costs as described on the site
Payment processing via PayToday secure payment system

Sponsorship Credits

Credits are purchased separately for video sponsorship opportunities
Credit pricing varies and is displayed at time of purchase
Credits are used to sponsor videos in our marketplace
Credits are non-refundable once used for approved sponsorships

3. No Refunds Policy

Once payment is made, we begin generating and editing your video immediately using AI tools, human effort, and professional resources
Due to the immediate start of work, refunds are not available after payment
Up to two reasonable revisions are included to align with your brief
If you're not satisfied with the initial version, we'll work with you on improvements within the revision limit

4. Content & Generation Guidelines

Video Content Standards

Keep concepts realistic and feasible for 10-second advertisements
No exaggerated, impossible, or misleading actions or claims
Speakers must be adults (18+). Minors may appear visually but cannot speak
Animals must not be harmed or depicted in harmful situations
Content must comply with platform policies and legal requirements

AI Generation Best Practices

Optimal results with 1-2 characters, single location, static or gentle camera movement
Minimal actions recommended (looking, nodding, smiling, pointing, holding products)
Avoid complex choreography, multiple simultaneous actions, rapid camera moves
Avoid crowd scenes, intricate hand interactions, complex props, or dense occlusions

Asset Requirements

You may upload product images and brand materials via our secure S3 system
Provide high-quality assets for best results
Include usage descriptions for uploaded materials
Ensure you have rights to all uploaded content

5. Generation Limitations & Process

Technical Limitations

Our workflow combines AI-assisted generation (Veo3) with human editing
Exact replication of specific faces, logos, or trademarks not guaranteed
System may refuse requests not feasible for reliable generation
We reserve the right to suggest simpler, compliant alternatives

Creative Process

AI consultation system gathers your video requirements through intelligent questions
Before final generation, we present a preview of the proposed video concept
You must explicitly accept the preview before we proceed with final generation
Final video delivered without watermarks after approval

6. Sponsorship Terms

Credit System

Purchase credits to participate in video sponsorship marketplace
Credits are consumed when sponsorships are approved
First-come, first-served basis for sponsorship opportunities
Videos become unavailable for sponsorship within 1 hour of going live

Artwork Requirements

Sponsor artwork must be 1:1 aspect ratio (square format)
Maximum file size: 10MB
Must include "Video Sponsored By" text in your artwork
Artwork reviewed and approved before sponsorship goes live

Sponsorship Process

Browse available videos in the sponsorship marketplace
Upload qualifying artwork with proper "Video Sponsored By" text
Artwork reviewed by our team before approval
Inappropriate or offensive content will be rejected with full credit refund

7. User Accounts & Data

Account Creation

Registration requires name, email address, and password
Optional phone number for payment processing
Profile photo upload optional
Two-factor authentication available

Account Features

Order tracking with unique tracking tokens
Session management across devices
Browser session control and logout capabilities
Account deletion option available

User Preferences

Opt-in/opt-out for new video sponsorship notifications
Email notification preferences
Profile photo management

8. Testimonials & Reviews

Testimonial Submission

Available after video completion
Requires customer name, review text (20-1000 characters), and rating
Photo upload required for testimonial display
Testimonials subject to review and approval

Privacy & Display

Only provided name, review, and photo displayed publicly
Order details and contact information remain private
Right to decline inappropriate testimonials
Testimonials may be featured on website and marketing materials

12. Prohibited Uses

Unacceptable Content

Illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Content violating third-party rights
Misleading or false advertising claims
Content promoting violence or discrimination

System Abuse

Attempting to circumvent payment systems
Creating multiple accounts to abuse services
Interfering with platform functionality
Automated scraping or data harvesting

13. Service Availability & Modifications

Platform Availability

Services provided "as-is" with reasonable uptime expectations
Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service
Emergency maintenance may occur without notice
No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Terms Updates

Terms may be updated to reflect service changes
Users notified of significant changes
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates
Historical versions archived for reference

14. Limitation of Liability

Services provided without warranty of specific outcomes
Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability limited to amount paid for specific service
